The exchange is as follows: single class $30 4 class package: $100 10 class package: $250. The $30 single class can be applied to a package after your 1st class. Bliss is hatha yoga in union with mind, body and spirit based on breath and gently heated. It is a flow anyone can follow and experience the benefits. Modifications can be made and safety in all postures is expressed. The best way to know if it is for you is to give it a try.
